8:30 Registration opens at St. Vincent de Paul Parish (1010 W. Webster) 9:30 Invocation and welcoming ceremony 10:00 Volunteer Teams begin leaving for sites 3:00 Return to DePaul for celebration picnic at the Quad (weather permitting) (light breakfast, snacks and food at picnic are all provided) The Vincentian Service Day is a unique part of the DePaul experience where students, staff, faculty, alumni and community partners come together to serve with our community partners across Chicago. Volunteers get to have a great time, enjoy a celebration picnic as a community, receive a cool t-shirt and make a difference all in 1 day. |
